Jessie came home from school with the note that is shown below. Obviously, we’re all getting anxious to have Alyssa join our family. We are all waiting with great anticipation, but have no further would on when she’ll be making her way to Ankara.

Tim - finally having a chance to check out the blog. I’ll put it in my favorites and check on a regular basis, as I’m assuming Alyssa could arrive any day now. Can’t wait to hear more.

We hope to travel in late August, but have no firm dates, yet.

We put Alyssa’s picture with a daily calendar and look at it often! What a sweetheart and how wonderful to know she will soon be a travelin’ gal.
